Just 1500 meters from the lively center of Kralendijk, with top restaurants such as Sebastian’s just 500 meters away. The nearby supermarket Van den Tweel is 1900 meters away, and the famous beaches Te Amo Beach and Donkey Beach are within 2 kilometers.
The layout of the apartment
This welcoming apartment offers two bedrooms with comfortable king-size beds, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, combination oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The balcony on the first floor, ideally located on the wind, offers a nice view of the water of Laguna Marina.
Caribbean Court: ideal for divers!
A dive center with a long-standing reputation is established at the Caribbean Court resort. Due to its location on the water, this company can easily provide boat diving for our guests. Of course, there are also rinse tanks and storage facilities for diving gear available. Just outside the resort is VIP Diving, one of the dive partners of Sunwise. Here we have negotiated a nice discount for our guests on various courses and the rental of equipment!

Quiet and pleasant place
Conveniently located near the airport and Kralendijk, this nice apartment has a lovely terrace overlooking the inner harbor. The apartment is part of a complex with other units. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with air conditioning in the bedrooms. Comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen with all essentials. The bathroom on the ground floor is small and lacks effective ventilation, so you need to keep the door open to make it somewhat livable — that could be improved. Bicycles are included with the apartment, but they were set too high and couldn’t be adjusted without tools. After our request, the contact person came by to fix this.
We had a comfortable stay.
Pluses: location (good restaurants within walking/cycling distance), spaciousness, air conditioning, terrace, bicycles available, overall comfort.
Minuses: cleaning could be better — some stains on the kitchen and bathroom cabinets that could easily be avoided; very stuffy downstairs bathroom due to poor ventilation; the complex could use some maintenance. A very nice stay
The apartment is neat and very spacious. Like the pictures actually. The balcony is really super. Nice and spacious and very nice to relax there. The bedrooms have air conditioning. But at the top it didn't work for the best. It was passed on and there would be action. We had some pests, but that had something to do with the rain according to the host. Not pleasant. Furthermore, there is a shared swimming pool, but that is really less beautiful than in the pictures. We also did not make use of it. The apartment is centrally located. A delightful accommodation
A delightful accommodation, with a fantastic terrace where we enjoyed the view and spent a great time. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities.
Renting a car is highly recommended as there is so much to see on the island.

Beautiful location
