    Since 2010, the Bonairean government has informally allowed vacation rentals at Sabalpalm Villas (La Palma and Bona Bista) despite zoning restrictions. However, in 2024, authorities began enforcing the ban. As a result, the vacation villas we previously offered for short-term rental in this area are now only available for long-term rental.

    The properties we still offer in this neighborhood have been granted an exemption by the government, as they were already rented out to vacationers before 2010.
