Kas Mondi is an impressive detached villa located in the exclusive Sabadeco neighborhood. This spacious 740 m² residence is situated 2.8 kilometers from Zhung Kong supermarket, 1.5 kilometers from dive sites Andrea I and II, 3.3 kilometers from Rum Runners restaurant, and 3 kilometers from Dive Friends Hamlet dive center. The villa features a beautiful private pool with freshwater filtration system, perfect for refreshing dips in complete privacy.

Layout of the villa

The villa houses five spacious bedrooms spread across two floors, all equipped with comfortable air conditioning for optimal sleeping comfort. Four modern bathrooms ensure everyone has ample space. The open kitchen forms the heart of the home and is fully equipped with built-in appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, toaster, blender, coffee maker, freezer and oven. The outdoor space is truly spectacular with a private garden, covered veranda, terrace and rooftop deck that together form an enormous outdoor paradise.

A fifteen-minute drive from Kas Mondi lies the breathtaking Washington Slagbaai National Park, Bonaire's largest nature reserve covering more than a third of the island. This remarkable park offers two routes: the long route along spectacular coastal points like Playa Chikitu and Boka Kokolishi, and the short route through the interior to Brandaris, Bonaire's highest point at 241 meters. Along the way you'll spot flamingos at Gotomeer salt water lagoon and enjoy panoramic vistas. A 4x4 or SUV is recommended due to unpaved trails, but the rewards are phenomenal!

Just so you know

• Distance to Kralendijk – You'll stay in the quiet Sabadeco neighborhood, about 5 minutes' drive to downtown Kralendijk
• Stairs – Some bedrooms are located on the second floor via stairs, less suitable for guests with mobility issues
• No supermarket in immediate vicinity – The nearest supermarket is 3 kilometers away, so a rental car is handy for groceries

Getting around

Kas Mondi in Sabadeco is best enjoyed with a rental car, as Bonaire has so much more to offer beyond the immediate surroundings. With your own vehicle, you can explore hidden snorkeling spots, local restaurants, and natural wonders at your own pace. We recommend everyone rent a car since it gives you the freedom to discover everything. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like Washington Slagbaai National Park, a pickup truck or SUV is recommended. The park roads are unpaved and sometimes rough, making regular cars unsuitable. There's no public transportation and taxis are limited, especially on busy days when cruise ships dock.

Guest access

As a guest of Kas Mondi, you have access to the entire villa, including all five bedrooms, four bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room. Additionally, you can fully enjoy all outdoor spaces: the private garden with mature palm garden, covered veranda, terrace, rooftop deck and of course the delightful private pool. Free parking on premises is available. To warmly welcome our guests and provide explanation about the accommodation and our beautiful island, we handle all arrivals personally! Other things to note

Check-in is from 3PM and check-out by 10AM. Early or late check-in and check-out is possible upon request, depending on other guests. Smoking and pets are not allowed in our accommodations.
