Bonaire is a versatile island with a tranquil south side featuring impressive pink salt saliñas (salt flats) and beautiful white salt mountains that immediately catch your attention from a distance. These tall mountains are formed annually by scraping together the salt crystals in the salt pans. As you venture further north, you’ll discover a completely different world of colors, filled with natural beauty and a green diversity of trees, cacti, and especially shrubs that cover the ground, along with a rocky and rugged north coast. In addition to its salt production, Bonaire is globally renowned for its numerous diving spots, pristine white beaches, and azure blue sea. Not to mention the many brightly colored houses that adorn the island, with the lively shopping street of Kralendijk as the highlight.

“Bon dia tur hende i bon bini na dushi Boneiru!
My name is Casper Douma and I am a photographer. Since 2014 I’ve been living on this beautiful island, surrounded by a fringing reef. At first glance, you may see mostly cacti and drought, but Bonaire is a little gem if you get to know it better. I would like to take you on one of my photography tours to show you all the special places of Bonaire. In small groups of maximum 4 people I give you a unique look at the beauty of Bonaire. Became curious? Take a look at my website! I wish you a lot of fun on beautiful Bonaire.”
