This spacious condo is located on the third floor of Bon Bida Apartments, in the Hato neighborhood. From the balcony, guests overlook the pool, the surrounding area and, in the distance, the Caribbean Sea. With a total area of 223 m², there is plenty of room inside and out. The inviting shared pool offers complimentary loungers. Isidel Beach Park is 450 meters away, Rum Runners 600 meters, and Dive Friends Hamlet 900 meters. Supermarket Zhung Kong sits at 850 meters, and downtown Kralendijk at 2.6 kilometers. Parking is free, both on site and on the street.

Layout of the apartment

The condo features two bedrooms, each furnished with two comfortable twin beds measuring 90 by 200 centimeters. There are two bathrooms. The open kitchen connects to the living area and faces the front terrace, with direct access to the side terrace/balcony. The kitchen includes a cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle and ice maker—great for preparing meals at home. Tanki Maraka Heritage Park is an engaging open‑air museum on the site of a former U.S. military base. The base operated from 1942 to 1947, protecting strategic Caribbean shipping routes. Around the park you can see remnants of emplacements and bunkers, with panels that explain the history of this period. Just so you know

• No barbecue facilities - Grilling is not allowed on the balcony, but there are plenty of great spots nearby, such as Seru Largu for sunset views and several charming little beaches.
• Unpaved road - The last stretch from paved Kaya Gobernador Debrot is unpaved, about 100 meters; a bit of “Bonaire massage” en route, but easily drivable.
• Shared outdoor areas - The garden and pool are shared; perfect for a nice friendly chat with neighbors.

The neighborhood

Hato is a quiet neighborhood just north of Kralendijk, appreciated for its relaxed vibe and quick access to the coastal road. You will find a mix of residences and small resorts, with restaurants and dive facilities in the vicinity. Its location is ideal for outdoor‑minded guests: beaches and shore‑entry snorkel and dive spots are a short drive away, while downtown Kralendijk is easy to reach for shopping and nights out.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire condo: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, the living room with open kitchen, and the balcony with seating. From the balcony there are views of the pool, the neighborhood and the distant sea. Parking is free on site and on the street. Watersports rinse stations and gear storage are available. Inside you will find air conditioning in the bedrooms, a television and a fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle and ice maker. The shared pool with loungers is right by the building.
