Transparent services and a high level of service are the key values at Sunwise on Bonaire, vacation, windsurfing, kiteboarding, diving and snorkeling paradise in the Caribbean Netherlands!

The Sunwise family manages and rents a large number of holiday homes and houses for long term rental on Bonaire, on behalf of the owners. The Sunwise team consists of several hostesses and hosts. As a result, we have all relevant skills for the best property management in house: commercial, marketing, legal, architectural and financial.

Debby Kerkhof

Together with Ron Opdam, Debby is one of the founders of Sunwise Bonaire and since 1998 she is working in the real estate business as a licensed broker. Debby runs the rental administration and takes care the financial statements for the home owner clients.

Ron Opdam

Ron has been working in real estate since 1986, notably as a broker and owner of several real estate offices. At Sunwise Bonaire, he co-manages with Debby and is responsible for Sunwise’s extensive marketing campaigns.

Cecile Knitel and Simon de Groot

Cecile and Simon have been working with Sunwise since early 2017 and together they form a close-knit team within the Sunwise family. Both are very strong in maintaining contacts during the stay of our guests: quick responses to questions, smooth action if a problem needs to be resolved somewhere.

Elyse Madlener and Christiaan Buijsse

Since the spring of 2020, Elyse and Christiaan have formed a service-oriented and hospitable team within the Sunwise family.
They will personally tell you their story here!

Anke Wierstra and Mark Boelsma

Anke and Mark, after a wonderful journey, have lived on Bonaire since 2023 and have found their home and passion there: to give their guests as wonderful a vacation as they experienced themselves!

Denise Korsten and Jeroen van Buggenum

Denise and Jeroen have won their spurs in the tourism industry, among other things because of their management positions at one of Bonaire’s larger resorts. Now that they have chosen to manage individual apartments and villas under Sunwise, they can give even more attention to their guests!
