You really enjoy a holiday in this apartment!

What a wonderful apartment! Caribbean Dream (formerly known as 'Flamingo'), is situated in a beautiful location, outside the bustle of Kralendijk, in a quiet area. A spacious terrace where you can sit very freely and relax. Two beautiful spacious bedrooms both with shower. Lots of green around the complex. The apartment is fully equipped. New kitchen, TV, air conditioning, and furnished by the Dutch owner, which makes you feel at home very quickly. Across the complex you have a beautiful beach, wonderful sea and a good kitchen. A communal swimming pool is also available on the complex. We felt at home in this beautiful apartment and will definitely be back!

Convenient and pleasant

We liked the spacious house with well equipped kitchen, the garden and the pool (even if smaller than what ' it looks in the photos), the calm. Lots of sun loungers to the pool.
The quick response for the replacement of the air conditioning in our room which had broken down.
Communications with Debby, the manager, by WhatsApp practical because Wi-Fi-Wifi at home.
We disliked the comfort of the beds and the fact that we could not stay in the interior (kitchen and living room) because too hot (only the bedrooms have air conditioning).

The best we have stayed at

We have stayed in many places in Bonaire, this was the best we have stayed at.
Why?
Truly ocean front and views north south and west. ( many apartments are ocean front but only with direct view because north and south are blocked by adjoining patio walls. )
Patio with open to sky space AND covered / shaded area. ( many apartments have no open to sky patios only shaded.)
Can see sun set ( some apartments near the airport and others don’t give you sun set view.)
Great access to water from pier
Great sanded area with loungers, access to gear locker and outside showers.
completely updated. Steps to food, shops, pharmacy dive center.
The restaurant below is not at all noisy
Bonaire is growing quickly , next to this apartment there will be no future construction or the noise that comes with it because land next door is Sandollar.
Management team excellent , and responsive. Great experience.

I would highly recommend this apartment!

The apartment is a great choice. It's spacious and there is always a nice breeze. It's just opposite a very nice beach bar- so no driving a car after a few cocktails necessary. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Awesome house!

Dearest Mo,
What a feast to spend 4 days here with you on this wonderful island and in your wonderful house. First with Maud and Sas and then with Juud and Sig. And of course with my travel and roommate Tim I was able to admire the whole island both beautiful and delicious places. The local safari with donkeys (and clickers), flamingos (in the distance) and the turtles.... I would love to come back for that again! The 'pet door' that turns out not to be called a 'door', BBQ, rose wines and Amstel Bright. Thanks for the invitation, the hospitality and the fun!

Big kiss and see you in Laren.

This is a great spot!

If you like to dive, or just love the ocean, this is a great spot. There is a great dive shop (that has locations all over the island) located on the same property. The diving right off of the dock (Baris) which is walking distance, is amazing. Overall a fun and easy spot.

By far the best place

Having visited Bonaire multiple times over the last few years, I can say that Kas Air was by far the best place I have stayed. Spotless and stylish with everything you could ever need and more whilst on vacation.
The house is in a good location, Bachelor's Beach is within walking distance and the more southern dive sites are right around the corner. The supermarket and town are only a 10 minute drive away. The communication with Sunwise was effortless and fast. I will definitly stay here again!

Wonderfully luxurious

Quick contact with the host and key appointment well arranged. Lovely and thoughtful are the welcome drinks in the fridge. Clean, large apartment with all amenities. Location by the sea with beautiful views. Right on a reef where you can dive and snorkel. Air conditioning throughout the apartment.
What we didn't like: A new hotel is being built next to, diagonally behind the apartment. Sometimes construction noises can be heard during the day.

I didn’t see a better home anywhere on the island

Debby and Ron made everything perfect. My wife loved the house and she's a clean-freak. Incredible location. I didn't see a better home or view anywhere on the island.

The location is excellent for us

The location is excellent for us; great breezes and view of the ocean. The pool is a little small, but a great cool-off when needed. The owner(s) chose not to put any flooring down, direct cement but in good shape, and no clothes dryer and a small rack provided when asked. The management at Sunwise Bonaire was fast, pleasant, and helpful.

The accommodation is very clean and modern!

Seaside Apt Trupial 204, this is an excellent accommodation! Great views, walking distance to restaurants and dive shop. The accommodation is very clean and modern! Highly recommend!!

The location was great

We stayed at a condo in seaside apartments in Bonaire in the month of February. The location was great, the responses from our contact persons was on time. But unfortunately the inside furnitures including the bed and the couch were very old and uncomfortable as a comfortable sleep and relaxing on a couch are important parts of vacation. Also there were not enough kitchen items and no oven or even a toaster oven for cooking.

Decorated beautifully

First and foremost the property was beautiful. The inside of the condo was decorated beautifully. The beds were comfy, bathrooms were spotless and kitchen was perfect and had every thing we needed.

The extras were really nice to such as beach chairs and beach towels.

The only issue I had was that there was no air conditioning in the Living Space. This was problematic for my husband and I. The bedrooms are separated by a large outdoor courtyard so that the AC could not spill over into the the living space.

The ad read Air Conditioning under amenities but did not have a ** denoting only in bedrooms.

When I had called from the rental car, as instructed by Sunwise Mgt, they mentioned that they were busy helping at another property and the key was left outside the door.

We were fine with that as I knew the property and the unit number.

Upon arrival we found the front door wide open along with all of the doors to the patio open and no one at the property.

We brought our luggage in and quickly noticed that the living space was so hot and humid and realized that there was no AC. By leaving all the doors open we had a tremendous amount of mosquitos and "no-see ums in the unit.

Due to all the rain and no wind on the island at that time it made for a very uncomfortable setting!

Simon our contact did arrive shortly after we did and did tell me that he did not agree with my understanding of the AC situation. I did get pretty heated and was so upset at the situation.

They tried to help us find a solution by moving us but wanted to only refund us a small portion of the money I had paid to find another accommodation. I did try to reach the owners of Sunwise and was told I could only speak to my local contact.

We stayed in the unit and they did bring us another fan a day or so later. Just beware that there is not AC in Living space and opening doors and windows in not an option as there are not any screens.

Overall the Unit is beautiful and the property is great!

I can’t get enough of Bonaire :-)

The house is very spacious, fully equipped. Equipped with every comfort! Had a very nice holiday! Both the house and Sunwise as a a rental manager highly recommended! Communication with Sunwise is really very smooth, which always gives me a reassuring feeling. Debby and Ron are very easy to reach via various channels, e-mail, WhatsApp... Really great!
The shower in bathroom doesn't smell very fresh. But this didn't spoil the fun! Because we were so busy enjoying our holiday, we did not feel the need to mention this further.

Wonderfully spacious apartment

Excellent location, beautiful view, centrally located - wonderfully spacious apartment - large balcony. Located in a noisy area. Not suitable for those seeking tranquility. We had no problems with it, but the construction noise from behind was occasionally too much

It’s just like Melrose Place!

What a great entourage and what a wonderful location. The two 'tiny houses' Palulu I and II can be rented together as Kas Palulu and that was spacious enough for our group of 7! Two Jacuzzis in the large garden, several seating areas, a large BBQ and lots of crickets and stars to listen and watch! Top vacation!
