Water villa for relaxing holiday
This water villa is the perfect place for families, friends and children to celebrate a wonderful, relaxing holiday.
Terrace with water view
On Bonaire people live outside, so the terraces are an important part of the houses. The spacious, covered veranda of Villa 5 is equipped with a six-person dining table, a hammock and two lounge beds. The living room and both bedrooms have folding or sliding doors to this cozy terrace, overlooking the water of the Laguna Marina, the manmade lagoon of Kralendijk.
Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and each has its own bathroom.
Safe and child friendly resort
The villa is located in a very safe and (child) friendly resort with a total of 24 water and garden villas, on a peninsula in the Laguna Marina: the excavated lagoon of Kralendijk, which also houses the Plaza Beach Resort.
The beautiful tropical garden of the park and the lovely swimming pool with waterfall, provide a paradise feeling!
Fully equipped kitchen
The spacious living room is very cozy. The large harmonica doors give direct access to the terrace. The open kitchen is well equipped, with a double door refrigerator with ice maker, a 4-burner electric hob, a combination oven, a dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and various kitchen utensils. There is also a washing machine in the storage room near the kitchen.
Bedrooms with private bathrooms
The large master bedroom is tastefully decorated, including a king-size four-poster bed. This room has an open, luxurious bathroom with double sink, a large walk-in shower and a private toilet. There is air conditioning here and plenty of wardrobe space. The sliding doors give access to the covered terrace. Thanks to the side doors, the large outdoor shower area with rain shower is accessible!
The second bedroom has 2 single beds that can easily be made into one double bed. This bedroom also has a private bathroom, wardrobes, air conditioning and sliding doors to the covered terrace.

New tourist tax regulation
For arrivals on July 1, 2022 and later, visitors to Bonaire must pay the entry tax themselves – online on Bonairegov.com. The tax can also be paid upon arrival, at the airport.

Fantastic again!
Once again our experience was fantastic! We have been coming to Bonaire for many years and always booked the villa directly with the owner. He turned this over to Sunwise a few years ago and there Elyse and Chris always ensure a perfect stay. Nothing is too much, very helpful and during the stay they always ask if everything is okay and if we might need anything else.
