Enjoying the private and communal pool
Kas Palma is a very comfortable, luxurious and charming waterfront cottage, overlooking Kralendijk’s manmade lagoon, Laguna Marina.
The house has its own, private pool in the private garden and our guests can also enjoy the communal pool of Waterlands Village.

Te Amo Beach around the corner
This lovely house is just a few hundred meters from the famous Te Amo Beach, where our guests can enjoy fantastic snorkeling and scuba diving. It’s only a 5-minute drive to and from the center of Kralendijk, with its restaurants and bars. The windsurfing and kitesurfing beaches of Sorobon and Atlantis are a 10-minute drive to the south.

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms
The house is spacious and practically furnished. The living room, with well-equipped kitchen, overlooks the large, covered waterfront terrace. There are three bedrooms, one with its own bathroom. The second bathroom is for the other two bedrooms.
Next to the house is a large outdoor shower made, where our guests can also sit in the shade.

Jetty and cabana free to use
The resort has several jetties a cabanas on the beach available for our guests. They cannot be reserved, but use is subject to availability.

  Kas Palma is about 3,1 kilometers, or 1.9 miles, only 8 minutes by car, away from Kralendijk, where our guests can find the best bars, stores and restaurants on the island.

  Kas Palma has free parking for our guests on its own property. However, most of our guests park on the side of the road, near the house.

• How often is Kas Palma cleaned?

  All our accommodations are private homes, without hotel facilities. Sunwise takes care of the initial and final cleaning and provides enough towels and bedding in Kas Palma. If desired, we can request a quote for our guests, for a cleaning service in between.
