A beautiful, new, and luxurious villa with a large pool in the popular Sabalpalm Villas neighborhood. Close to the Caribbean Sea, we offer this beautiful, new (completed April 2022) villa fully furnished by an interior architect. As the name suggests, you will find wood accents in various places throughout the design. The mix of natural stone, concrete, and wood creates a calm and serene atmosphere.

This beautiful villa is the perfect place for a tropical vacation filled with luxury and comfort, suitable for families and groups of friends up to 8 people. The spacious layout, the perfect positioning for the breeze, a delightful large pool, and ample relaxation spots ensure you might never want to leave the house.

Spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen

For the perfect start to the morning, there is both a Nespresso machine with milk frother and a filter coffee machine available in the ‘coffee corner’. The open kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, of course, there’s also an American fridge with an ice cube machine here. At the front of the living room, there’s a comfy lounge sofa with TV for those rare moments when our guests prefer to relax indoors.

Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms

The bedrooms exude serene peace and comfort and are equipped with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, box spring beds (1.80 x 2.00 m.), and a large built-in wardrobe. The en-suite bathrooms are designed in the same style and include a rain shower, a double sink, and a toilet.

Dream away in a day-bed, read a book in the lounge area, or have a drink in the pool, it’s all possible here. Outside, our guests will find a spacious terrace with an outdoor shower, sunbeds for everyone, a large pool, and two palapas for the necessary shade. The terrace features a covered dining area, a lounge area, and a barbecue.

The pool (1.60 m. deep) has a plateau to sit in the water, perfect for reading a book or enjoying a drink.
At the front of the house, there is an area with two rinse tanks for diving, kiting, or windsurfing equipment.

  All our accommodations are private homes, without hotel facilities. Sunwise takes care of the initial and final cleaning and provides enough towels and bedding in Casa Madera. If desired, we can request a quote for our guests, for a cleaning service in between.
