Brisa Marina is a spacious condo in the Kralendijk neighborhood, located in the Yacht Residence complex. The 125 m² apartment offers a beautiful view of the Harbour Village marina. Zhung Kong supermarket is 1.6 kilometers away, Isidel Beach Park 650 meters, restaurant Biña at Chogogo 550 meters and dive center Dive Friends Den Laman 800 meters. The condo is on the second floor and guests have access to a shared regular pool with a pleasant pool deck.

For snorkelers and divers, Isidel Beach Park and Bari Reef near Brisa Marina are highly recommended. Isidel Beach Park offers easy access to the Caribbean Sea, while Bari Reef is known as one of the most fish-rich dive sites in the Caribbean. According to REEF, more than 300 fish species have been recorded here. Bring your mask and snorkel, enter the water calmly and discover the colorful coral gardens right along the shoreline.

Just so you know

• No supermarket in the immediate area – The nearest supermarket is a short drive away, so having a rental car makes grocery shopping easy and lets you explore the whole island at your own pace.
• No A/C in the living room – The bedrooms have air conditioning for a cool night’s sleep, while the living area is kept comfortable by the trade winds and natural ventilation.
• No BBQ – It’s not possible to barbecue on the terrace, but Kralendijk offers plenty of restaurants where you can enjoy a great meal without having to cook yourself.

The neighborhood

Kralendijk center offers a lively boulevard, piers, sailboats and motorboats on the moorings and colorful facades. You’ll be right among restaurants, bars, boutiques and the departure points for various boat trips, including sunset tours and water taxis to Klein Bonaire. It’s ideal if you want everything within walking distance and enjoy strolling along the waterfront in the evening. For divers and snorkelers, the Playa area is a great base thanks to quick access to west coast sites, while foodies and shoppers will love the convenience and short travel times to all amenities in Bonaire’s main town, Kralendijk.

Getting around

Brisa Marina in Kralendijk is best enjoyed with a rental car, as Bonaire has so much more to offer than just the immediate surroundings. With your own car you can reach remote snorkel spots and the nicest local restaurants at your own pace. We highly recommend renting a car so you can truly get everywhere. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like Washington Slagbaai National Park a pickup truck or SUV is recommended. The roads in the park are unpaved and can be rough. There is no public transport and taxis are limited, especially on busy cruise ship days.

Guest access

As a guest of Brisa Marina you have access to the entire condo, including the two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, open kitchen and the spacious terrace. You can also use the shared garden, pool deck and communal pool at Yacht Residence. Parking is available both on the premises and on the street, free of charge. To warmly welcome our guests and explain the accommodation and our beautiful island, we always handle arrivals in person. The Sunwise hosts for the property will arrange a meeting time with you for your check-in.
