On one of the most beautiful spots on the island, we offer this luxurious one bedroom apartment in the Den Laman complex. Parrotfish Apartment is located ocean front and the private beach of the complex is right in front of the terrace!

Dive center on-site
Den Laman in the local language of Bonaire means ‘at the beach’. The complex is located near several shore dive sites and it also has its own beautiful house reef (Bari Reef). The small building also houses a diving center and a pier, allowing the divers among our guests to go out diving right from their accommodation!

Restaurant in the apartment complex
Den Laman is at 2 minutes by car from the center of Kralendijk and also within walking distance of several beaches with restaurants such as Spice Beach Club. There is also a restaurant located in the building, with a beautiful terrace on the water.

New tourist tax regulation

For arrivals on July 1, 2022 and later, visitors to Bonaire must pay the entry tax themselves – online on Bonairegov.com. The tax can also be paid upon arrival, at the airport.

Plenty of communication ahead of time
My husband and I decided to book a trip to Bonaire to do some scuba diving after being cooped up by COVID. Booking online was easy and there was plenty of communication ahead of time and right before our trip. We were met at the condo by Cecile who showed us the ins and outs of the place as well as providing recommendations for restaurants and activities other than scuba diving. The condo has a balcony with a stunning view of the ocean and a scuba center right next door. We had breakfast on the balcony each morning and appreciated the AC as the day got warmer. The condo had everything we needed and I would not hesitate to recommend it should you travels take you to Bonaire.

Clean, spotless and well equipped
Smooth, Efficient and Excellent. I stayed 4 nights in the Parrot Fish Unit of Den Laman. The unit was clean, spotless and well equipped. Check in and check out were very easy. There were no issues or surprises.
Communication with Ron, Simon and Cecile was quick, clear and informative. They were all great and helpful! I have zero reservations recommending the Parrot Fish Unit of Den Laman and Sunwise to my family, friends and clients.
